Incredible experience today presenting at the CA State Foster Parent Association annual conference in Concord, CA. Topics: 1) Transitioning Youth from Group Homes into Foster Family Homes; 2) Preparing Youth in Foster Family Homes for Permanency. I love serving those on the front lines of foster care – social workers and foster / adoptive parents.
